The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was tidy, contemporary.

Close proximity to Frankfurt and highway 661. Polite, attentive, and friendly staff. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Nice size bathroom with a good shower. Very good food in the restaurant. Nice bakery up the hill from the hotel. Number of good Italian restaurants nearby

probably the loudest room I every stayed in. We stayed there over a Friday to Saturday night and next to the Hotel is a Supermarket. They were loading and unloading goods half the night and sleep was not possible as we had to have the windows open due to the fact that the Hotel has no Aircon!

Transport to the city is not difficult

The rooms at City Hotel Frankfurt/M-Bad Vilbel are absolutely amazing! They have all the amenities you need, like free WiFi and safes. And let me just say, the bathrooms are a dream! The generously proportioned ground-level showers are a game-changer.

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom to be unnecessary. But hey, that's just me!

For the price, I got great value at the City Hotel Frankfurt. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice size bathroom and a good shower. The location was convenient, with easy access to Frankfurt and the highway. The staff were polite, attentive, and friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

In terms of breakfast choices, it would have been better to have more variety.

Good food, menu limited and was not offered the special menu as the German people at the table next to me.

Twin beds, pet hate of mine, was informed that they hotel do not have double beds, which was requested at time of booking. When asked if I could check out the following day I was informed I would still be charged for two nigths!

Close to Frankfurt, perfect for business travelers who want to work and relax. The small spa area was a nice touch. The surrounding countryside is great for outdoor activities like hiking and golf.

The rooms are big and clean. The restaurant in the hotel is good and not too expensive. The staff is very helpful. Free parking.

Wifi costs 8 euro per hour. In the hotel description, it says there is free wired internet connection in the entire hotel, but that's not true. There is just one PC near the reception that you can use, and it's antique. There is no wired internet in the rooms.

Although our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. the location of the hotel, while it offered easy access to the city center, was a bit far away from other popular tourist attractions which meant we had to spend a lot of time traveling.

Plus, it was just next to a bus stop, making it even easier to explore the area. I also loved the fact that there was a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient for grabbing any essentials. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was well-equipped with amenities like an ironing facility, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center with a sauna and steam room, providing ultimate relaxation.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
